As the impact of COVID-19 on the global community continues to grow, I want to personally reach out to you. Like me, I’m sure that you are focused on supporting your family, employees, and customers during this period of uncertainty.
We know how imperative Humio has become to your operations and security practices, and I would like to assure you that we are fully prepared to meet your ongoing needs. Humio was founded as a distributed company with remote employees working around the world. It is these very same employees who continue to work with a steadfast commitment to your business needs.
Meeting and surpassing our customer commitments remains a top priority for our teams. Being accustomed to collaborative technology and working remotely, we are confident in our abilities, and we are well equipped to continue providing exceptional customer service and support. While we are encouraging our employees to continue to work remotely, if your organization requires in-person engagement with Humio, we will do our best to support your needs.
