Remember when you were sitting at your desktop workstation and could feel its hum? The sound of the spinning disks, the interference between the network and sound cards. If something odd happened, you sensed it when the vibration of the engine humming away suddenly stopped.
Today, however, everything runs in remote datacenters disconnected from developers, which complicates interacting with and analysing your system to stay abreast of operations and detect possible issues.
But we at Humio set out to change this! To get you back to feeling the hum at your fingertips by exploring, iterating, and understanding your logs. So we built Humio as a limitless log management tool for developers and operations teams to confidently answer any question or explore any system by quickly getting to the data you need wherever it lives, On-Premise or in the Cloud. Therefore, Humio shifts the way you think about log management software to be about the value of having all of your system's data at your fingertips. It’s as simple as that.
